we always strike an amazing pose! this is when we first got to the PCC. polynesian culture center. it was very hot and humid and we couldn't jump in a pool so it was difficult but fun. our guide was cousin Thida (teeda) she was great.

first day in HAWAII !!!!

kendra and i just chillin in the airport getting all excited for hawaii. the flight was hilarious. kendra and i were making fun of everyone. i was about to throw a mike and ike at the flight attendant to get her attention and kendra didn't think you could take a dump in an airplane toilet. hehehahah. so funny!

our first night we stayed at a hotel in waikiki, we didn't get into our swimsuits but we did go and stick our feet in. it was fun. luke always yells "i love the ocean" he fell in the water once and i was saying he was going to keep yelling "i love the ocean" even as he's drowning in it. but you all know i would never let my nephew drown!!! silly faces, what more can i say
another amazing pose by myself. well, i have three cold sores, i have a sore throat, i have a headache that i can't get rid of, but i'm in hawaii and i don't care! i'm getting an ocean side massage tomorrow to help get rid of my headache, my neck and head and back are real tight so we think that might be causing it. well i'll keep posting pics.

My date with Chase (and his mommy)

before work i was able to hang out with my buddy chase and brooke. we ate some lunch at applebee's, chase apparantly didn't want to smile for me. he like his toys better than me.
kept trying but chase is like his daddy, stubborn and only wants to do what he wants to do. hehe. he does look like his daddy but i think chase is a cutie in comparison.
i caught brooke in the middle of talking, but she's still beautiful. were planning on hanging out again today. yipee!!!!! i love the conklin's there great to me!!!!

TRIATHLON!!!!

so i decided to run another sprint triathlon!!! i'm actually pretty excited cause it motivates me to exermacize and get in shape. it's in salem/payson utah on june 7th. i convinced kendra and my friend michelle to run it with me. it's fun cause we work out together. you start out with a 1/2 mile swim, then a 12 mile bike ride, and then finally a 3 mile run. so it's not too bad. you can check out the website and racetri.com and click on the salem one. so i decided to get ready for the bike, i'm going to do some spin classes at gold's. yikes!!! those things are crazy, i figured if i can do four of those before the triathlon than i'm set. besides, i didn't train for the first one and i finished under two hours. my goal for this one is an hour and a half. besides work, nothing really happened today, except that i updated my blog. i'm actually really really happy and doing well!

My First Blog

Well i decided to give this a try. i love keeping in touch with people and of course i love to talk about how great i am......so here i am. i will try to keep this humorous so you'll want to keep coming and visiting my amazing blog.

Well for anyone who doesn't know, i'm working with a nursing agency called Nurses Stat. i know sounds important right. i thought i was going to switch jobs because my old DON (director of nursing) called me and offered me the job and said she needed it filled. so i interviewed and got excited and then they didn't give it to me. lovely. i also found out my old DON got a boob job when she gave me a hug, no real boobs feal that way! anyways i'll graduate from BYU (hopefully)sp? in december and i want to work in the ER.

I moved into a new apartment with a new ward. i love the bishop and he's been a big help for me. he's very supportive. lots of cute guys... so i'm excited for that. we have a hot tub but it's empty so i decided i'm going to leave a note on the managers door (who happens to live right next to me) to fill up the hot tub every day until he does. i've been going to all three hours of church (yea for me) and i'm even going to the activities. we'll see what happens. the average age is 24. most of the guys are graduated and into their careers. money money money!!!

kendra, her friend crystal and myself went to a real salt lake soccer game. they played beckam and he's HOTTTT!!!!! the game ended in a 2-2 tie. it was a fun game.

uumm this is good enough for now. so i'm going to try to figure out how to put some pictures and songs on here. love you all.

oh yeah, i have no idea why the pics are on top, it's late i'll figure it out late and now i'm mad cause i wanted to upload a video of jackson and i waited like an hour and a half and then it didn't work. so jackson- bibbity bobbity boooo!!! :)
